Third-Party Inspection & Certification
Al Khobar is better known as a base for contractors, service companies and logistics operators than as a plant town, so lifting equipment is often kept in yards and workshops, including around the Al Khobar Industrial Area, before it is mobilised to client sites across the Eastern Province. EES inspectors typically visit those yards, examine each item against manufacturer data and recognised standards, and issue reports and inspection tags ahead of the mobilisation date.
Proof Load Testing & NDT
Lifting beams, spreaders and fabricated lifting attachments made or repaired in local workshops need proof load testing before they enter service. Coastal humidity and salt air also encourage corrosion at welds and hooks, so EES pairs on-site load tests with NDT in your yard, and the equipment can be tested without leaving it.
Operator Training & Certification
Lifting in Al Khobar is often urban: tower cranes on high-rise buildings, forklifts in distribution warehouses and riggers working from contractor yards. Every one of those roles needs an assessed, competent person. EES delivers operator, rigger and signaller training at your yard or site, scheduled around shifts, and records each result on a competency card, with instruction in English, Arabic and other languages as needed.
Safety & HSE Training
Safety risks in Al Khobar range from facade and rooftop work on high-rise buildings and hotels to confined spaces and potential H2S exposure for service crews supporting nearby Saudi Aramco operations, with summer heat and humidity adding strain to every task. EES delivers OHS courses at your site, such as working at heights, confined space, H2S awareness and scaffolding safety, with content aligned with OSHA and IOSH good practice.
