Third-Party Inspection & Certification
Lifting equipment in Jubail Industrial City often works inside access-controlled plants, so contractors are regularly asked for a valid inspection report and tag before a crane, hoist or forklift is allowed through the gate. EES carries out third-party inspection at your plant, yard or quayside, plans visits around operating schedules, and issues clear reports and tags that suit gate and site-entry checks.
Proof Load Testing & NDT
In Jubail, proof load testing and NDT are usually planned around plant shutdowns and turnaround campaigns, when cranes lift heavy vessels, columns and prefabricated modules and every hook, wire rope and structural weld has to be trusted. Humid, salt-laden Gulf air also speeds up corrosion on booms and rigging, so EES can pair load tests with NDT of critical load-bearing parts. EES works at your location, agrees test plans beforehand and issues certificates on completion.
Operator Training & Certification
Plants, contractor camps and yards in Jubail commonly bring together large, multinational workforces, so operator, rigger and signaller training has to be clear, practical and consistent from crew to crew. EES delivers training at your yard or site in Jubail in multiple languages, fits sessions around shift patterns and shutdown preparation, and issues competency cards following practical assessment.
Safety & HSE Training
Work inside Jubail's process plants involves hazards that call for specific HSE training: work at height on structures and columns, entry into vessels and tanks, gas testing and possible H2S exposure. Long, hot, humid summers add heat-stress risk to outdoor shifts. EES delivers OSHA-aligned and IOSH-style OHS courses at your site, covering working at heights, confined space, H2S awareness and scaffolding safety.
