Telehandler Operator Training & Certification in Saudi Arabia
A telehandler operator training and certification course for construction, warehouse and plant crews that teaches load chart reading, attachment selection, stability on rough and sloping ground and safe load placement, then assesses the candidate on the machine. Where a work platform is used, we cover the extra controls your site requires.
Scope of Work
- ✓Telehandler types and parts: fixed and rotating, boom, carriage, chassis levelling, stabilisers and the data plate
- ✓Load charts: reading reach, height and capacity, and how attachments, stabilisers and frame level change the permitted load
- ✓Attachments: forks, buckets, jibs, winches and work platforms, with fitting, locking and capacity checks
- ✓Stability: centre of gravity, frame levelling, soft sand or sloping ground, wind and travelling with the boom retracted and low
- ✓Pre-use checks of boom and chains, hydraulic leaks, tyres, brakes, alarms, load moment indicator and interlocks, with defect reporting
- ✓Safe load handling and placement: delivering pallets and materials to height, blind spots, spotter signals, pedestrian segregation and overhead hazards
- ✓Work platforms and personnel baskets: when they may be used, rated equipment and permits, with requirements such as Saudi Aramco GI 7.027 where it applies

Is a forklift certificate enough to operate a telehandler?＋
Not on its own. A telehandler has a variable-reach boom, a load chart that changes with reach and attachment, and different stability behaviour from a counterbalance forklift. Employers and clients usually expect telehandler-specific training and assessment, and our course covers those differences.
What does telehandler certification in KSA involve?＋
Requirements depend on your employer, your client and the applicable scheme, which can include TVTC requirements. We confirm the current scheme with you, and you can ask us for the approval status and reference of the course before you book.
Can a telehandler be used to lift people?＋
Only with a rated work platform or personnel basket designed for the machine, a procedure accepted by the site and permission to use it. Many clients restrict it, so confirm your client's requirement, such as Saudi Aramco GI 7.027 on sites that apply it. We cover the rules in the course.
Can you assess operators on our telehandler at site?＋
Yes, where the machine has a valid inspection, the load chart is on board and the practice area is level and clear. Bring the attachments the operator will use, because the assessment covers them.
